Thats a tea pot from the 18th Century. the use this pot for the tea and coffee in the same time. Arabs people used this Piece a lot. In back home we still use it because we think thats a traditional piece so we take care of it a lot and its so expensive. some people in our cuontry used it as a memorial thing. in the old days there were a people called a "Umayyad" they are the people who discover this piece. this piece have a lot of advantage and one of them that is make the coffee or the tea still hot and didn't make it cold.
